Warranty Term
Buyers are safe.We offer 12 months standard waranty to all Sumomoto made tyre warmers under the following conditions:Note: Warranty period expires by the earliest time of the followin:1. Warranty period covers 14 months since the date of production;2. Warranty period covers 12 months since date of retail purchase(when retail invoice is available);3. User error won't be covered by warranty;4. LED is not covered by warranty;5. Physical damage is not covered by warranty.
Retail users please go to the dealers and we will handle the warranty with the dealers.
Typical user Errors:
1. Folding or over lapping during heating;
2. Take the tyre warmer off the tyre before unplug;
3. Put the motorcycle directly on the tyre warmer;
